About

Sarah Baxter

With her stunning vocals and high energy performance, Sarah Baxter has been mesmerising audiences around the world since 2006. Sarah won a songwriting competition from the Kingston Arts Centre, which prompted her to release her first studio EP at the ‘Paris Cat’ in 2009.

She has also performed regularly around Melbourne with a three piece band, most notably playing at the Williamstown Festival (2008), in support slots for Daryl Braithwaite and Ross Wilson (2009), the Saint Kilda Festival (2009), Edinburgh Festival (Scotland, 2012), as well as many other venues around Melbourne including the Northcote Social club, the Hi-Fi Bar, Bar Open, the Cornish Arms, the Brunswick Hotel, the Espy and many more.

She is now recording her first full length studio album titled “One Little Warrior” which has become somewhat of an epic concept album, due for release in late 2015. Sarah Baxter blends soulful vocals, high energy performance, and wicked lyrics to captivate audiences and leave you with that tingly, hair-standing -on-end feeling. Live, she is a force to be reckoned with, and not to be missed!
